On August 8, 2020, I placed an order for a pair of 26605s, mostly because Hoplite was the only company that I could find from a simple Google search that offers level 4 SAPI plates in the size that I wanted (I'm a skinny boy). When I was looking into purchasing my plates last year, I was actually suspicious of Hoplite because their plates share some of the same specs as the Hescos but at a much lower price. When comparing the Hoplite (26605) and Hesco (4601) Level IV sapi plates, the Hoplite's are .8lbs heavier than the Hesco's per plate but at about half the cost.
